SILPAT® PASTRY MATS 520 X 315
The pastry mats are non-stick, no greasing is required and they are as effective for baking as for freezing.
These mats are ideal for baking all Danish pastries and other patisseries baked on trays (like macaroons for example).
They can also be used to bake all sorts of biscuits, shortbreads and sponges such as Joconde. They are also ideal for sugarcraft.
To clean the mats use a soft sponge under running water.
Precautions: Be careful not to cut on the mats. Never fold them.
